BY ACCESSING THE CHAVLADS.NET SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold chavlads.net and its affiliate and related companies harmless from any and all liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any Violation of this Agreement by you or users of your account, or in connection with the use of the chavlads.net Site or the Internet or the placement or transmission of any message, information, software or other materials on the chavlads.net Site or on the Internet by you or users of your account.
CHAVLADS.NET has no obligation to monitor the chavlads.net Site. However, you agree that chavlads.net has the right to monitor the Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Site properly, or to protect itself or its subscribers. chavlads.net will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private electronic-mail message unless required by law. chavlads.net reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement.
If you are dissatisfied with the chavlads.net Site or with any terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of chavlads.net in operating the chavlads.net Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the chavlads.net Site.
chavlads.net and the admin team can add subtract and delete any material they so wish at any time providing it is within the law.
If any members of chavlads.net are found to be causing abuse to other members they shall have their account behaviour monitored and can at any time have their account terminated.
chavlads.net has the right to decline any material not thought suitable for the chavlads.net site.
The chavlads.net site is for chav ned and scally members and any inappropriate material will not be accepted
chavlads.net may change their policy and pricing at any time. If the paying member of chavlads.net has already upgraded once an amendmant has been made the member will not be charged an additional fee until their next upgrade (upgraded membership costs a small fee of £2 a month) and shall stay at that price until further notice
Admin team at chavlads.net wish all our members a happy stay and require that you do not abuse other members and abide by the terms and conditions provided above.
